Shipping Information

ORDER INFORMATION

Orders take up to 48 hours to be packaged & processed. From there shipping will take 7-15 business days (generally 12 days). 

TRACKING

After your order has been processed and shipped out, we will notify you by sending tracking information to your email where you will be able to access your shipping details and view ETA.

It's normal for tracking to show "pending" in the first 48 hours and then "ready for processing" while it is in transit. Delivery can take up 15 business days.

If after 15 business days you still haven't received your delivery you can contact us at team@forthehouse.com.au and we will happily investigate your order or issue a refund.

We have an Australian-based and international warehouse that ships worldwide. We can accommodate shipping to most places around the world. We mostly ship to Australia and New Zealand using local freight companies.
